Workout-of-the-Day (WOD) by Out of Bounds Fitness is a professional 3-D Total Body Crossfit Strength & Conditioning program specifically designed by Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists and Crossfit Coaches to forge elite levels of fitness with constantly varied high intensity functional movements. As a 3 – D Total-Body Crossfit Strength & Conditioning program the WOD efficiently and effectively increases cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, dynamic flexibility, and improves body composition.

Out of Bounds CrossFit’s strength and conditioning training for the “Sport of Fitness” revolves around the WOD, a group workout class which the Out of Bounds CrossFit coach specifically tailors to each unique individual. You can sign up for a wide variety of Membership Packages or Workout Series to fit your needs and goals. Check out the options before registering and scheduling.
